Constantin Lupulescu is a Romanian chess Grandmaster. He is a five-time Romanian chess champion, winning the title in 2007, 2010, 2011, 2013, and 2015. Lupulescu has competed in numerous FIDE World Cup tournaments, as well as represented Romania in many Chess Olympiads and European Team Chess Championships. His most notable international win was the 2019 Reykjavik Open. Lupulescu’s success in chess also earned him a wildcard spot in the 2021 Superbet Chess Classic.
